Introduction:
This Elastomer Compatibility Analyzer is suitable for measuring the compatibility between lubricating grease and standard synthetic rubber. The standard synthetic rubber test piece with the specified size is placed in the grease sample at a certain temperature. After 70h test, its volume change and hardness change are used to evaluate the compatibility between the grease and the standard synthetic rubber.

1.The Elastomer Compatibility Analyzer provides Standard neoprene and nitrile rubber test pieces: 50 ×25× 2mm;
2.Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ± 1 ºC, PT100 sensor;
3.The heating box has a transparent observation window, which is convenient for operation and observation;
4.Digital display timer, recording test time, with time alarm;
5.The surface of the Elastomer Compatibility Analyzer is treated by electrostatic spraying, which is corrosive and easy to clean;
